My journey started with a strong desire to make my computer games work better, smoother, and quicker than others. I wanted to know what caused lag, how to run LAN parties, and fix anyone’s machine. Jump ahead 25 years, and I am still using that drive to help company not only implement, but understand and partner with us to fix business challenges.

Chief Technology Officer
ComResource, Inc
2017 – Present
- As the Chief Technology Officer for ComResource, Inc. my role at the company is to keep us competitive by structuring strategy and technology to provide new services as the IT landscape evolves. I apply technical savvy with an engaging attitude, to talk through business problems, career growth opportunities, and emerging tech on a daily basis.
- In additional, in this role I am also a liason between our company and the world outside. I lead education sessions for local schools, training lunches for our sales and recruiting teams, and network with other companies. I am also the technical liason for services offered through our technology solutions area, including innovative and business efficiency implementations.
- To keep the company connected during the COVID pandemic, I took lead in setting up activities to bring our teams together. I have led the creation of our volleyball team, bowling team, breakfast club, biking/jogging/walking club, and facilitate many other weekly activities to make our employees feel like part of the team outside of the home office.

2004 – 2017
- Owned the enterprise-level Business Process Management service offering. Over 3000 processes documented. Design, Architected, and implemented 13 full BPM applications in PegaSystems and IBM BPM. Managed cloud and on-prem implementations. Created and led BPM COE for the company.
- Owned enterprise-level Operational Decision Management / Business Rule Management service offering. Established a team of over 30 resources to build, maintain, and support the software. Established COE for governing body across the enterprise.
- Formed and led the first enterprise-wide innovation team. Established best practices, work cadence, hackthon teams, and unified innovation meetings across the enterprise. Led the creation of the first internally hosted chatbot, a bot capable of automatically resolving 80% of commonly asked HR questions.
Systems Engineer
ComResource, Inc
1997 – 2004
- Supported over 100 field engineers over 3 years doing field upgrades of hardware, software, and networking. Wrote software to simplify the migration process as well as automate some testing efforts.
- Was a lead developer on a deployment tracking system that supported 30+ enterprices migration efforts. Developed in PowerBuilder with integration tie-ins to Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes and Outlook. Simplified generation of configuration files for migrations, as well as tracking all process steps for upgrades and the formation of new agencies.
- Performed business modeling, process analysis, and documentation of system changes.
